He is survived by: his son Christopher Linville Kidd of Cox's Fork, Danville; his grandson Kevin Scott Kidd of Cox's Fork; his nephew Larry Lafferty (Patty) of Danville; his niece Debbie Wood (Lafferty) of Danville; and his great-nieces, Amanda Long (Lafferty), Lisa Lafferty of Danville and Wendy Bias (Lafferty) of Danville.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM, on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM and on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Madison Church of Christ (108 Rucker St, Madison, WV 25130).
