He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Sue; his daughters, Mary Nelson (Bill) and Pamela Blethen; his grandchildren, Robbie Johnson and Kathryn Blethen; his brother Bob Duty (Jonnie); his siblings-in-law, Howard Kellogg (Ginger) and Margaret Kellogg; his niece Jennifer Eubanks (Ed); and his nephew Eric Duty (Amy).
