She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Salyers and Mildred Salyers; her husband William "Bill" Meadows; and her daughter Regina Meadows. She is survived by: her daughters, Meredith Pritchett (Willard) of Beckley, WV, Billie Jo Meadows of Madison, WV and Elizabeth Austin (JD) of Dorothy, WV; and her brothers, Randolph Salyers (Barb) of Delbarton, WV, Jerry Salyers (Brenda) of Delbarton, WV and Dany Salyers (Lou Ann) of Martin, KY.
