He is survived by: his parents, Randy Foxx and Judy McCoy Foxx; his children, Zechariah McCoy Foxx and Haleigh Grace Foxx Hayes (Cody); his grandchildren, Rowan and Stella Hayes; his siblings, Cherri K. Price (Doug) and Christopher Morris Foxx; and his grandmother Sybil McCoy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
