She was predeceased by: her husband John Kirk McCoy; her parents, Lessie Helen Pittman Morris and Jason Albert Morris; her stepmother Ada Morris; her siblings, Bessie Morris, Jason Morris Jr., Fredrick Morris, Allen Morris, Jason Morris (Tid) and Delma Morris; her sisters-in-law, Lonnie McCoy and Jean Gregory McCoy; and her grandson Randell Foxx (Sonny).
She is survived by: her children, James Kirk McCoy (Gayle) of Harvest, AL and Judy Ann McCoy Foxx (Randy) of Madison, WV; her siblings, James Morris (Hay) of Stella, NC, Fenner Morris of New Bern, NC and Annie Arnold (Tence) of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren, Cherri Foxx Price (Doug), Christopher Foxx and Amber McCoy Peppers (Josh); her great grandchildren, Zechariah Foxx, Haleigh Foxx Hayes (Cody), Kirk Price (Ryleigh), John Price (Makaila), Christina Price, Elijah Peppers and Lincoln Peppers; and her great great grandchildren, Rowan Hayes and Stella Hayes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
