He is survived by: his children, Zachary Mayle and Megan Mayle; his grandson Isaiah Mayle of Maidsville; his sister Donna Wilkins (Jamie) of Ohio; and his sister-in-law Scarlett Mayle-Westover (Edward). He is also survived by five nephews.
