He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Holbert and Edna Brotherton Holbert; and his brother Butch Holbert. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Holbert; his children, Jason Holbert (Jamie) and Christan Lacko (David); his granddaughters, Lucy Holbert and Ella Holbert; and his sisters, Judy Harvey (John), Patty Holbert, Kim Taylor, Sidney Clingerman and Logan Clingerman (Madison). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
