Billie R. Noel Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie R. Noel of Mallory, West Virginia, who passed away on October 2, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elige Redmond and Otie Redmond; her husband Lee Noel; her stepmother Roxie Redmond; and her siblings, Estil, Orville Redmond, Rose Flanagan, Lucille Prichard, Mildred Cook and Ira Woods.
She is survived by: her children, Norman Noel (Danita) of Mallory and Nancy Lemon (Ron) of Mallory; her sister Gay Brown of Ashland, KY; her grandchildren, Eric Lemon (Kerry) of Lewisburg, Erin Bias (Roger) of Man, Sean Noel of Mallory and Shane Noel (Andrea Ferris) of Lenore; and her great grandchildren, Ryan Lemon, Laya, Logan and Connor Noel.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home, Inc. (115 Market St, Man, WV 25635). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (169 Forest Lawn Cemetery Rd, Pecks Mill, WV 25547).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Claypool Community Church at Davin.
