He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Harvey Mullins; his children, John Mullins (Kathy), Joe Mullins (Bobbi) and Bobbie Wheeler (Roy); his grandchildren, Jacob (Sylvia), Tyler (Leah), Justin, Cole and Emma; his great grandchildren, Callie and Maven; and his sister Mary Sue Hall (Bill).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Krantz McNeely Funeral Home (115 Market St, Man, WV 25635). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
