She is survived by: her husband Raymond Napier; her children, Lisa Napier-Garcia (Glen) of Grove City, Lewis Napier (Barbara) of Accoville and Charlotte Mosley (Brian) of Charleston; her brother Kenneth Kilgore of Davin; her sister-in-law Shirley Sue Belcher of Grove City, Ohio; her grandsons, Kyle Mosley, Justin Napier (Sarah), Jared Mosley (Magen) and Nicholas Garcia; and her great grandchildren, Rowan and Noah Mosley.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home, Inc. (115 Market St, Man, WV 25635). A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Man Church of the Nazarene (400 Main St, Man, WV 25635). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
