She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Barker and Pearl Barker (Fowler); and her brothers, Harold, Jerry, Carlos and Carl Barker.
She is survived by: her husband Palmer David Blair; and her great grandchildren, Juliet and David Blair. She is also survived by several sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends.
