He was predeceased by: his wife Crystal Hoosier; his grandparents, Albert, Dorothy Hoosier, James and Tressa Fox; his aunts and uncles, Dennis Hoosier, Billy Fox, Rob Fox, Jeff Fox, Joe Fox, James Fox, Jeanie Vance and Sally Fox; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Tammy Casterline.
He is survived by: his parents, Albert L. Hoosier and Eunice Eileen Hoosier; his daughters, Megan Hoosier and Jacklyn Hoosier; his stepchildren, Ashley Slazo and Nathan Slazo; his brothers, Albert Leonard Hoosier II (Tasha Hoosier), Robert "Caleb" Hoosier, Michael Hoosier, Chris Hoosier and Ronnie Hoosier; his grandsons, Bryson "Bubbles" Paul and Cole Teddy Hoosier; his nephews, Cory Hoosier, John Colton Hoosier and Albert Hoosier; his aunts and uncles, Mae Massey (Larry), Rose Mary, Roy Lamb, Lou Russel, Algie Hoosier (Patty), Sharon Warner (Jim), Audrey Nelson (Joe), Daniel Hoosier (Wilma), Katherine Smoot (Darby) and Kathy Fox (Rob); and his cousin Jerry Nelson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Crown Freewill Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
