She is survived by: her children, Paula Burgess of Jupiter, FL and Donald Joe Burgess of Man; her grandchildren, Corey Puckett (Elise) of Jupiter, FL and Cayla Puckett of Atlanta, GA; and her sister Mary Smith of Stanaford, WV. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Man, and the address of the church is P.O. Box 545, Man, WV 25635.
