She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert Brickles and Bertha Brickles (Dempsey); her daughter Angela Gail Capps; her husband Dorsey Blankenship; and her siblings, Dennie Brickles, Carlos Brickles, Georgia Paugh, Deloris Sanders, Orville Brickles and Mary Brickles.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Allen Morgan, Colombiere Morgan and Danny Blankenship (Jennifer Blankenship); her grandchildren, Candace Hayes, Kirby Lee Capps II, Michaela Blankenship and Anna Blankenship; her great grandchildren, Ethan Hayes, Jasmin Capps, Jordyn Capps, Artemisia Lucille Capps and Grayson Blankenship; and her siblings, Virgil Brickles, William Brickles and Patricia McCoy.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel Mounts Funeral Home (253 4th Ave, Gilbert, WV 25621). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at the Highland Memory Gardens (42 Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery Rd, Chapmanville, WV 25547).
