She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wood Lucas and Isabelle Harris Lucas; her husband Dannie Lee Brown; her sister Edith Patty Smith; her brother-in-law Jock Ronald Smith; her brothers, Robert Bobo Lucas and Harold Buck Lucas; her sister-in-law Mary Lucas; her brother Darrell Lucas; and her siblings-in-law, JJ Johnson, Brenda Lucas and David Stoneking.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Brown (Lisa) of Smithfield, Tom Brown (Crystal) of Mannington and Cheryl Harvey (Jeff) of Mannington; her grandchildren, Seth Brown (Marci), Brandon Harvey, Nikki Sell (Bryan), Katelyn Williams (Chad) and Elizabeth Brown; her family Jerry Reel (Sara); her siblings, Sylvia Johnson, Starling Lucas (Betty), Karen "Punk" Payne (Charlie), Donnie Lucas and Kate Stoneking; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Lucas and Janie Lucas; and also, Bailey Lake (Logan) and Jameson. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Masters Funeral Home (209 E Main St, Mannington, WV 26582). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
