He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Donald Wayman McDougal and Shirley May Lowe McDougal; his grandparents, Okey Edward Lowe, Sybil Fay Fisher Lowe, Durward Buel McDougal and Zana May Duncan McDougal; and his sister Nancy Ann McDougal.
He is survived by: his fiancée Ada Ramsey; his siblings, Okey Buel McDougal (Jennifer) of Idamay, Charles Robert McDougal of Adamston and Chastity Jane McDougal Jones (Howard) of Mannington; his siblings' children, Zack McDougal of Adamston, Alex McDougal of Idamay, Howard Jones of Mannington, Edward Jones (Kaitlin) of Mannington and Chastity Derby (Carl) of Mannington; and his great-nieces, Lily Derby of Mannington and Maddie Jones of Mannington.
