She is survived by: her stepmother Aldine Jackson Thomas; her husband Robert Skinner; her children, Monty Allen DeWitt of Fairmont, WV and Kimberly Kay Jones Howell (Wayne Howell) of Texas; and her stepdaughter Joanna Kay Harris of Buffalo, WV. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
