As Patricia departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Patricia may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Patricia leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dannia Lowther and Arlena Lowther (Amos); her husband Edward "Cheesy" Ray Toothman; and her brother William Lowther. She is survived by: her children, Richard Lowther (Kelly) of Gloucester, Virginia and Mellissa Toothman of Mannington; her grandsons, Jackson, Garrison, Carson and Bryson Lowther; and her brother Ermine Lowther of Fairmont. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
