He is survived by : his wife Doris Wymer Arthur; his children, Megan Dawn Luikart of Marlinton and Chad Edward Arthur (Nesia) of Winfield; and his grandchildren, Allie (Austin), Delania (Waylon), Quentin, Hunter and Aubriee.
