It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dotty Hiner Mitchell of Marlinton, West Virginia, who passed away on July 20, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry P. Spitzer and Gertrude "Trudie" Spitzer (Johnson); her siblings, Madeline S. Cleghon (Tom), Margaret S. Hoover (Clyde), Helen S. Simpson (Jack), LeRoy Spitzer (Ruth), Harry L. Spitzer and David Spitzer; her nieces, Judy S. Boyer and Sandra H. Jolly; and her great-nephew Blake Shaw.

She is survived by : her nephews, Jan Hoover, Tom Hoover, Harry L. Spitzer, Jr. and Allen Spitzer; and her cousin Kenneth Faulknier. She is also survived by ses her children, she leaves many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
