She was predeceased by: her parents, Oley W. Jackson and Hester Wilfong Jackson; her husband Cleve B. McPeak; and her siblings, Rebecca McLaughlin, Marvin Gray Jackson and Raymond Jackson.
She is survived by: her son Matthew McPeak (Tammy); and her grandsons, Jason McPeak of Marlinton and Trevor McPeak (Kerry Watkins) of Marlinton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
