He is survived by: his parents, Tom Dunbrack and Pat Dunbrack of Marlinton; his wife Karen Kiner (Maddy); his children, Derek Kiner (Rachel) of Martinsburg, David Kiner (Muriah Nutter) of Spencer and Ally Arrington (Evan) of Morgantown; and his grandsons, Ezekiel and Zayne Arrington. He is also survived by his parents, wife.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
