He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Beverage Phillips; his daughters, Tracy Crabaugh (Jason) of Lewisburg, Sherry McCoy (Devin) of Shady Spring, Krystal Brendle of Lewisburg, Amy Boylen of Marlinton and Teresa Conley of Ronceverte; and his siblings, Sandra Friel of Florida, Barbara Goldizen (Fred) of Marlinton, Claudia Winn, Gary Phillips of Oklahoma and Claude Phillips Jr. (Anita) of Monterville.
