He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Smith and Jaunita Alice Smith; and his brothers, Danny (Betty), Bill, Eddie, Bennie and Charles (Bob).
He is survived by: his children, Carrie Branch (Michael) of Marlinton, Pam Starks (Tim) of Durbin and Tim Queen of Bartow; and his brother Teddy Queen of Arbovale. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cochran Cemetery (1 Woodrow Rd, Marlinton, WV 24954).
