He was predeceased by : his father David Adkins; his brother David Lee Adkins; and his nephew Hunter Adkins. He is survived by : his children, Drake Moore of Ashland, OH and Hayleigh Adkins of Whitesville; his mother Nancy Richards Adkins of Corwin, OH; and his sisters, Nancy Thomas (Rex) of Dry Branch and Cephia Adkins (Joey) of Seth.
