He is survived by: his close friend Kenny Hodge; his wife Marsha Hodge Foster of Wealthy Acres; his children, Reathel Thomas of Dawes, Sarah Rose of Cabin Creek, Misty Monk (Clarence) of Ohley, Angie Gilliland (Steven) of Ohio, Frankie Lee Foster (Erica) of Paint Creek, Jason Foster (Teresa) of Ohley and Franklin Stamper of Indiana; and his siblings, Dewey "Pete" Foster (Vanessa) of Campbells Creek, Timothy Foster of Chelyan and Rosemary Kidd (Ray) of Chelyan.
