She is survived by: her husband Charles Buttrick; her children, Cody Atkinson (Tori Fanucci) of Fairmont, WV, Kaitlyn Atkinson of Charleston and Jordan Bounds (Forrest) of Boomer, WV; her sisters, Tina Pullins of Dunbar and Lori Russell (Terry) of Marmet; her stepsisters, Heather Egnor and Taylor Buttrick; her aunt Mary Estep of Elkview; and her siblings' children, Kelsey, Marisa, Madison and Tyler. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
