He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann McGuire Fields; his sons, Steven Fields (Stacey) and Keith Fields (Lutricia); his grandchildren, Steven, Madalynn, Julian and Joseph Fields; and his sisters, Joyce A. Fields and Kathy Ramsey (Harry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
