He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph S. Perrell and Hazel J. Perrell; and his sisters, Shirley and Carolyn. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis J. Armbrester of Martinsburg, WV; the mother of his child Roxanne; his sons, Richard (Debbie) and Randy (Regina); and his stepsiblings, Eddie Johnson, Rita Collins and Randy Johnson.
