He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Covell and Inez Roblyer Covell; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Grossman and Jean Compton (Roger). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Joanne Covell (Sechrist); his sons, Michael Covell (Bridget) and Matt Covell (Lori); his grandsons, Dylan, Ian and Cole Covell; his stepgranddaughters, Linda and Faith Avery; and his siblings, Dennis Covell (Barbara), John Covell (Deborah Kops) and Donna Lee Grossman.
