She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Saunders and Anna Mary Newkirk Saunders; and her siblings, Robert L. Saunders, Jr., Franklin D. R. Saunders, Jacqueline S. Martin and Mary E. Clymer.
She is survived by: her children, Gary D. Gregory (Brandi S. Thomas), Cindy G. Burdette (David L.) and Lisa G. May (Brent D.); her grandchildren, Ashley E Monahan (Robert S.), Matthew P. Burdette (Julia A.), Victoria E. Whitney (Justin B.) and Sara G. May; her great grandchild Emma C. Monahan; and her sister Jenny S. Hull.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of The Panhandle or the Berkeley County Humane Society.
