With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Neill Conner of Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on May 10, 2025 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lawrence Conner Sr. and Elizabeth Lee Davis Sheehan; his grandparents, Neill Davis, Mary Davis Chapman and Griffin Chapman; his son Jacob Lamar Conner; his brother Robert Lawrence Conner Jr.; his aunt Judy Willis; and his uncles, Mike Davis, Merle Sponaugle, Everett Willis and Bill Rinker.
He is survived by: his stepfather Curtis Charles "Butch" Sheehan of Martinsburg, WV; his children, Dustin Lynn Conner, Matthew Brendan Conner of Weirton, WV and Isabella Marie Conner of Bakerton, WV; his sister Connie Madeline Mahala Geist (Mike) of Martinsburg, WV; his niece Abigail Nicole Greenwalt (Tyler); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler Jr., Grayson and Athena of Martinsburg, WV; and his aunts, Donna Rinker of Harpers Ferry, WV, Barbara Sponaugle of Dayton, VA and Shelley Davis of Wallace, NC..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Independent Fire Hall.
