It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Archie Riner (Martinsburg, West Virginia), who passed away on March 9, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles A Riner and Beatrice Riner (LeMaster); and his sisters, Daisy V. Lutz (Richard) and Naomi L. Lutz (Gordon). He is survived by : his children, Cheri L. DeHaven (Donald), Cathy L. Fravel, Archie L. Riner (Kathy), James A. Riner, Charles E. "Chuck" Riner and Randall S. Riner (Amy). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
