She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Francis Hanley and Lillian Hanley (Griffin); her former husband Hartland S. West, III; her husband Kenneth A. Frassa; her sons, Sean T. and Timothy M. West; and her siblings, Thomas F. Hanley, Jr., Rita M. Kennedy, Bernadette Rice and Jeanne Catallo.
She is survived by: her children, Michael F. West (Virginia), Daniel J. West (Christine) and Patricia West Lorenzen (Peter); her stepchildren, Douglas, Christopher Frassa, Debbie Griffith and Elizabeth Gilland; and her siblings, Daniel Hanley, Mary Elizabeth Douglass and Teresa. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
