He was predeceased by: his father Richard Franklin Mills. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Delores Mills (Knable); his wife Lisa Darlene Mills; his children, Curtis Wayne Mills (Michelle) and Ashley Nicole Gnorski; his stepdaughter Samantha Jo Dillow; his grandchildren, Karly and Keegan; and his pet Piper.
