He was predeceased by: his father Calvin Lile; and his wife Tina Ann Apperson (Shumate). He is survived by: his mother Jo Ellen Apperson (Berto); his daughter Keri Ann Springer (Shane); his grandchildren, Annabella May Springer, Alexander Joseph Springer and Oliver Douglas Springer; his sisters, Lorrie Hall (Mike) and Debby Wilson (Jim); his mother-in-law Patricia Ann Hall; his nephews, Ryan Wilson (Toni), Cory Armstrong (Jessica), Kyle Armstrong (Holley) and Cody Armstrong (Ashley); and his niece Kelsey Rowe (Joe).
