He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Hammond and Floella Bracher Hammond; and his brother Daniel Hammond. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Deborah Hammond; his nephew Andrew Hammond (Jenn); and his niece Sarah Chapelle (Sean).
