David Andrew Owings Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Andrew Owings of Martinsburg, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 10, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Owings and Rachel Owings; his wife Cheryl Suzanne Catlett; and his brother Will L. Owings, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Ryan A. Owings (Liz), Rachelann R. Mitchell (Travis) and Jennifer L. Cloud (Matt); his grandchildren, Malachi Cloud, Malin Cloud, Gracie Cloud, Cody Mitchell, Kylee Mitchell, Jackson Owings and Madelyn Owings; and his siblings, Mary Lou Stallings, Carol Sorokin, Sue Chewning and John Owings. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and dear friends.
