He is survived by: his children, Daniel Weaver (Shannon) and Esther Hulshizer (Randy); his grandchildren, Cassia McElhare (Sean), Elika Weaver, Samuel Weaver, Micah Weaver and Sarah Weaver; and his siblings, Robert Weaver and Dorothy Zimmerman.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to the Independent Bible Church of Hedgesville.
