She was predeceased by : her parents, William Norton Stout, Jr. and Lena Pearl Stout. She is survived by : her husband Michael Wayne Tucker; her children, Michael William Tucker (Jo Ann) and Trudi Kay Starliper (Richard); her grandchildren, Anthony Michael Tucker (Aleah), Kristy Nicole Welch (Kody), Daniel William Tucker (Autumn), Katelynn Elizabeth Starliper (Nikki Thompson), Jacklynn Rose Starliper, Jacob Murray, Rebecca Morgan Starliper and Tyler Clark; her great grandchildren, Luke Welch, Noah Welch and Chloe Cottrell; her aunts, Coretta Brining, Phyllis Smeltzer and Wanda Stout; and her uncle David.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (327 W King St, Martinsburg, WV 25401).
