She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary N. McIntosh Moxley (Moxley) and Donald M. Moxley. She is survived by: her daughter Tonya L. Franklin (Matt); her grandchildren, Jadelyn and Chase Smoot; her sister Sandy Stapleton (Moxley); her friend Joyce Printz; and her cousin Linda Renner. She is also survived by several brother-in-laws, and many aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews.
