She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Douglas Elliott and Ella Sarah Clipp Elliott; and her siblings, Roy D. Elliott, Jr., Stanley L. Elliott, David W. Elliott, Genevieve E. Gregory and Hazelleen LeMaster.
She is survived by: her children, Charles C. Bayer, Jr., James Douglas Bayer (Judy), Donald L. Bayer and Pamala L. Bayer; and her caregiver Tanya Green. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
