She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Hoffmann (Walt); her parents, Robert K. Saum and Nora Belle Saum; her siblings, Janice Caniford, Robert Saum and Donald Saum; and her great grandchild Alivia Jean Liston (AJ).
She is survived by: her children, Natalie Hoffmann (Harold Barlow), Mark (Kelly Hoffmann), Tara (Dennis Mason) and Lu Ann (Todd Moran); her grandchildren, Chanda, Amy, Christopher, Claire, Andrew, Sarah, Casey, Parker and Grace; and her sister Josephine Swope (Harry). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
