He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Harford and Lenora P. Anderson Harford; his wife Betty Ann Wycinsky Harford; and his sisters, Dolores Freeman and Wilma Jean Wingard.
He is survived by: his son Mark Anthony Harford (Virginia) of Berkeley Springs, WV; his siblings, Lenora Harford of Pennsylvania and Franklin Harford of Woodbridge, VA; and his grandchildren, Ashley Elizabeth Harford of Berkeley Springs, WV and William Alan Harford of Berkeley Springs, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
