He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Knipe and Agnes Knipe. He is survived by: his wife Rosie Knipe; his daughters, Sarah and Jennifer Knipe; and his son-in-law Alexander Hill.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made in Ernie's memory to Martinsburg Rescue Mission or Hospice of the Panhandle.
