He is survived by: his wife Loretta K. Hammersla See; his son Garland See, Jr.; his stepchildren, Dennis Shawyer (Jackie), Rick Shawyer (Lisa), James Shawyer, II (Judy) and Penny Mutton (Perry); and his siblings, Betty Kent, Simon See (Connie), Carlton See, Russell See (Vickie) and Rosalie Davis (Kevin). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Garland was a kind, honorable, and light spirited person whom often found himself helping and donating to others.
