Lamp, Jr., Honorary Escorts, Pall Bearers, Greg Veach, Roger Byrd, Barry Tallent, Ricky Frame, Jr., Josh Frame, Kevin Hoffmaster, Joe Bittorie, Rob Mills and Camiren Jordan; and his grandson Jacob Bittorie.
He is survived by: his caregiver Patricia A. Buddenhagen; his daughter Deana M. Bittorie-Mills; his grandchildren, Kaylee Rose and Jacob R. Bittorie; his siblings, Sharron L. Lamp, Douglas E. Frame (Sharon) and Ricky L. Frame (Jean); his sister-in-law Jean Frame; and his pets, Kitty Cat and Miss Kitty. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
