He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wilber Miller, Sr. and Betty Lucille Miller Jones (Staubs); and his brother Roger Miller. He is survived by: his son Shawn J. Nicely; his siblings, Roy W. Miller, Jr., Ricky Miller, Linda V. Miller, Wanda Barrett, Diana Turner and Gloria Baker; and his niece Tammy Johnson. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
