He was predeceased by : his parents George William Parsons and Martha Elizabeth Miller Parsons ; siblings: Eva Lee Kees, Vesta Edwards, and Ray Parsons He is survived by : his wife Belinda Crawford Parsons; his children, Kevin Parsons and Brandi Miller (Tyler); his siblings, Calvin Parsons, Dale Parsons, Sherman Parsons, Darrell Parsons, Reva Butts, and his grandchild Liam Miller.
