Ingram of Morgantown; and his siblings, Todd R. Ingram (Cindy) of Martinsburg, Eric M. Ingram of Staten Island, NY, Susan G. Heerd (Gary) of Martinsburg and Juli Richardson (Preston) of Charleston.
